Bener Meriah is the origin of the most significant Arabica production in Indonesia. This highland region has an elevation of 1100 to 1500 meters above sea level, producing various flavor characters.
The harvest season starts at the end of October, and until the end of June is the harvest timeline from low to high altitude elevations.
This process is unique as it starts by sorting the good from bad beans, then separating the seeds from the skin and drying them out to produce the black, red, and yellow honey for different intensities of sweetness and acidity.
