Nandi Community AA Washed
Nandi Community AA Washed
This fully washed lot comes from several smallholder farms across the Nandi region, a highland area traditionally known for tea and sugarcane. Now gaining recognition for coffee, Nandi offers excellent elevation (1,200–1,600m) and fertile soils that support slow cherry development and clear cup character.
Cherries were selectively handpicked and floated to remove underripe and damaged fruit. They were then fermented in tanks for 12–36 hours with water changes and agitation, followed by careful drying on raised beds for 7–10 days depending on weather.
This coffee is a crisp and structured representation of Kenyan AA — showcasing citrus brightness and floral undertones, a regional signature.
